Jim Woodfield moved to St. Petersburg with his husband, Clay Bradley, at the end of 2010 after he retired from a 33 year career in Texas. Always an artist, he fulfilled a lifelong dream by opening the Woodfield Fine Art Gallery in 2015. Located on Central Avenue in the Grand Central District of St. Petersburg, the gallery offers for sale Jim’s art as well as the art of more than 20 other local artists.

Jim currently serves on the boards of directors of the St. Petersburg Arts Alliance, the Grand Central District Association, the Historic Kenwood Neighborhood Association, and is now serving his second year on the board of Come Out St. Pete. Realizing the importance of maintaining a strong support-based and celebratory presence in the true heart of the St. Petersburg LGBTQ community; namely the Grand Central District, Historic Kenwood, and Palmetto Park, he was an active advocate for Come Out St. Pete in its 2017 inaugural year, and was elected to its board of directors for 2018.
